Child Safety Standards
SeleVista has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every video, Short, image, comment, message, profile and other interaction on SeleVista.

01 · Zero tolerance
What SeleVista prohibits
CSAE is content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a person under 18. CSAM is any visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Both are prohibited, whether the material or conduct is public, private, attempted, linked, disguised or generated with technology.
- Creating, uploading, requesting, storing, sharing, distributing or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, computer-generated or otherwise synthetic depictions.
- Grooming a child for sexual purposes, sexualising a child, soliciting sexual content or contact from a child, or attempting to move such contact to another service.
- Sextortion, sexual blackmail, trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or threats involving a child or alleged intimate material involving a child.
- Identifying, facilitating, normalising, praising or instructing others in conduct that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers a child.

Use Report on the relevant video, Short or comment, or open the Safety Center and choose Child safety. Signed-in reporters receive a private tracking ID for their Safety Support request.

Email our designated child-safety contact at info@selemedia.tv. Include the SeleVista link or content/profile name and a clear description. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it.
03 · Review and enforcement
How SeleVista responds
Child-safety reports enter SeleVista's protected moderation process as critical reports. A report is not treated as proof by itself; authorised staff must assess available evidence and take proportionate action under these standards and applicable law. When a review confirms CSAE or CSAM, our response may include:
- Prioritise child-safety reports for review and restrict access to reported material while an appropriate review is carried out when warranted.
- Remove or disable access to confirmed violating content and limit, suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
- Preserve only the records needed for safety, legal compliance and investigation, with restricted access and appropriate security controls.
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate national or regional authority when required by applicable law.
- Cooperate with valid legal requests from law-enforcement and child-protection authorities while protecting user privacy and due process.
04 · Younger users
Age and privacy protections
A person must be at least 13 years old—and meet any higher minimum age required by the law that applies to them—to create a SeleVista account. Account creation asks for a complete date of birth and rejects dates below SeleVista's 13-year minimum.
A user's date of birth is private account information, not part of their public profile. Content marked age-restricted is excluded from eligible recommendation distribution. Users must never publish a child's private or identifying information in a way that creates a safety risk.
