Account information: when you sign in or create an account, we may process your email address, authentication provider, display name, profile image, country and account preferences.

Content and activity: we process videos, Sele Shorts, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, comments, likes, saves, subscriptions, shares, watch progress and other actions needed to operate the service. Public posts are shown with the relevant Sele Media branch or creator identity.

Creator and payout information: if you use Creator Studio or apply for monetisation, we process the application information, eligibility activity, payout details, tax information and identity documents that you choose to submit. Sensitive verification files are stored with restricted access and are used for verification, compliance and payout operations.

Device and technical information: the Android app and website may process device type, operating-system version, app version, browser information, approximate region, network diagnostics, crash information and security events. We use this information to keep playback, publishing, authentication and advertising reliable.

Advertising and measurement information: where advertising is available, advertising and measurement providers may process ad requests, impressions, clicks, consent choices and related device or browser signals. We do not create a fake impression when an ad provider returns no fill.

Cookies and local storage: we use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, data-saver settings, playback state, consent and security. Optional measurement or advertising storage is controlled by applicable consent choices.

We use information to provide and personalise SeleVista, authenticate accounts, publish and deliver media, calculate watch progress, operate subscriptions and notifications, support comments and community features, manage Creator Studio, prevent abuse and fraud, measure service performance, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand audience and content performance, improve recommendations, plan regional services and report platform-level analytics. We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product.

We share information with service providers that process it on our instructions, including Supabase for application data and authentication, Cloudflare Workers and R2 for delivery and media storage, Google Play services for Android distribution and sign-in flows, Google AdMob for advertising and measurement, and mediated advertising providers such as Unity Ads, InMobi, Start.io and Pangle where enabled. Providers may process information in other countries with appropriate contractual, technical or legal safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the platform, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not disclose private creator payout or identity documents publicly.

Content you publish publicly can be viewed, shared and indexed by search engines. Official branch posts are attributed to the selected Sele Media branch. Creator posts are attributed to the creator profile and may also appear in relevant platform feeds. Do not upload material you do not have the right to publish.

You can update profile information and content through the available account or Creator Studio controls. You can manage notification and consent choices where those controls are provided. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or financial reconciliation.

You can uninstall the Android app at any time. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete an account or content; contact us if you want an account or eligible personal data deleted.

SeleVista is not directed to children under the minimum age required by the laws that apply in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in violation of those laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We use access controls, authentication, transport security, restricted storage and operational monitoring appropriate to the information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain security, then delete or de-identify it when practical.
